In Search of Satisfaction
“I – can’t – get – no – satisfaction.” That lyric was part of the biggest rock and roll hit of 1965 and ranks as second on the Rolling Stone magazines’ top 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
Times seemed to have changed in this millennium. Nearly 40% of Control Engineering magazine's readers reported they were “very satisfied” with their product and services in the July 2007 issue. Notable among the responses were two of Emerson’s first place finishes in customer satisfaction topping the DCS Software and single, multi-loop controllers categories with 92% and 100% satisfaction reported respectively. Emerson also won an award in the Process Analyzer’s category with an overall 97% customer satisfaction score.
